The youth of Arunachal Pradesh was kidnapped by the Chinese Army from the border on 18 January. He was tortured for 8 days before being handed over to India. Miram Taron, a young man who was in the custody of the Chinese army for about 200 hours, has narrated the matter in this matter.
In a recent interview to NDTV, 17-year-old Miram said – I did not know whether they were taking me to Indian territory or somewhere else. I thought they would take me to their city and kill me. The Chinese soldiers blindfolded me and took me to a camp. I was scared, but could not even cry and tremble with fear.

Miram said that he talked to me a few things but I could not understand his language, so I sat there. After which he started kicking me. Then two times electric shocks were also given. A few days ago, Miram told his father that his arms and legs and blindfolds were removed only when it was time to eat or go to the toilet.
The young man went hunting on the border with a friend
Miram, a resident of Jindon village, went hunting along with his friend Johnny on January 18 near the LAC border. Here both of them were surrounded by the Chinese army. Miram's friend Johnny had a gun. Johnny points a gun at the soldiers and escapes from the cordon but Miram is caught by the soldiers.
Miram's friend reached the village and informed his father and the Indian Army. However, China had vehemently denied the allegations against it. Later on January 20, the Chinese army had acknowledged the presence of an unidentified minor and also confirmed that he was an Indian. After returning to India, Miram was taken in a vehicle to Kibithu, where he was quarantined for three days.
